Founded in 1983, Fujian global (enterprise) Garment Co., Ltd., in 1990, expanded its business to create Fujian night bird Clothing Co., Ltd.
In 1998, Malaysia's largest mercerized cotton enterprise, Malaysia Shengli knitting company, entered the mainland of China and worked together with Fujian night bird Clothing Co., Ltd. to establish Shishi Shengli weaving Development Co., Ltd., and in 2001, Shishi Shengli dyeing and finishing weaving Development Co., Ltd.
A comprehensive enterprise specializing in the design, development and production of pure cotton, mercerized cotton and sweater products was held by the Chinese clothing association in 1999.
