Kai Ya Weaving Co., Ltd.   

Formerly known as Guangzhou new air Weaving Co., Ltd., before 1997, it mainly engaged in "Bai Hui" brand sweater, created its own brand and processed it. After ten years of operation and development, it established a large sales network system, and its products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East and Africa. In order to meet the needs of the market, the company set up its own processing plant in Fangcun flower garden in Guangzhou in January 1997. The factory can complete the whole process from sample, weaving, sewing, washing, boiling and unloading, with its own house, and has created three sweater brands of Asby, olsas and David Burton.
In 1998, we began to undertake export orders, mainly in FOB mode. Our customers will issue L/C (international letter of credit) for our earnings within three days after the signing of the contract. At this point, the products of the company involve 1.5G - 14G needles, computer looms, embroidery and hand knitted sweaters, which are numerous and varied.
By the end of 2004, in order to expand the scale of production, the company repositioned the quasi market position and built a production workshop of two storey buildings in the Haibei industrial area of Fangcun, Guangzhou. The two floor is the former vehicle room, with more than 120 looms, 150 sewing machines and independent houses. The third floor for the rear vehicle room, there are 40 ironing, 30 parking spaces, 180 repair stations, and related equipment. The monthly output is 30 thousand dozen. The company has about 500 employees, has advanced office facilities (towards paperless office), has built an internal network system, has applied for registration of its own website. At the same time, we have a number of long-term cooperative external manufacturers, each needle flat knitting machine more than 2500, each stitch sewing machine more than 550. We have relatively stable suppliers of raw materials.
