COMPANY ORGANIZATION The factory with its location in Dongguan covers an area of more than 20 square meters and is divided into 3 main buildings: the office building, the workshop and the staff dormitory. OFFICE BUILDING DESCRIPTION The office building comprises of 3 floors. On the first floor there is a large lobby where visiting guests are received by the reception. On both sides of the lobby there are multi-function hall and training rooms, where seminars, training and special events are organized. On the second floor, there is a Big showroom whereby visiting customers can make their selection from the wide collection of ladies shoes ranging from casual to sophisticated and trendy shoes. The third floor is the company's operational and information center. All the information related to the operation of the company is transferred to the related departments through an internal computer network. WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION There are 3 floors in the workshop building comprising of 4 production lines The cutting department, the outsole department and the warehouse are on the ground floor. On the same level, there is also the technical centre with a standard laboratory to perform testing of the materials. The second floor is dedicated to the production of the company inhouse brand Orizonte and comprises of 2 lasting line and 8 stitching lines The third floor is dedicated to the production of the top brands and the company has installed a full production and packing line similar to that of an Italian factory.
