Heilongjiang Petrochemical Research Institute was founded in 1962, is one of the aromatics, olefins oxidation and polymer adhesive research is the earliest engaged in our unit. Formerly known as the research of Petroleum Chemistry northeast China Science Institute, belongs to Heilongjiang province in 1970, 1985 by the Sinopec Corporation and Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences.
