Shandong Eagle Textile Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise jointly built by Zoucheng Guohong dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd. on the basis of Zoucheng Guohong industry and Trade Co., Ltd. The company is located in Tang Cun town, Zoucheng City, Shandong. It covers an area of 30 mu, with a total investment of 38 million yuan and a design scale of 30000 spindles. The project was implemented in two phases. The first phase invested 23 million yuan and started in early 2006.
