Inner Mongolia Tianli auction limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as Tianli company) was established in 2005. It is a comprehensive auction institution established in accordance with the People's Republic of China Auction Law and the People's Republic of China company law and approved by the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region chamber of Commerce and approved by the Hohhot Administration for industry and commerce. It is an auction company with independent legal person qualification to undertake all kinds of materials, real estate, transportation, intangible assets and cultural art auction qualification which the state allows.
