The anti UV finishing agent SCJ-966 mainly contains ultraviolet absorbing materials. The UV protection finishing agent SCJ-96 does not affect the color, strength and moisture absorption and permeability of the fabric. Tested by many authoritative organizations at home and abroad in Australia, it has been proved that the SCJ 966 fabric developed by Beijing Jie Er Shuang Hi Tech Co., Ltd. can effectively resist ultraviolet radiation, and has a good absorption effect on ultraviolet radiation in 180 400nm band, especially UV A and UV B. The UPF value of JC40X40 110X90 pure cotton plain cloth is UPF greater than 50. After washing 40 times, the UPF value is still greater than 50.
Usage method:
1. dip rolling process:
Process flow: bleaching and dyeing of fabric, then rolling the anti UV solution, drying (80-110 degrees) to pull up (160-170 degrees, 30 seconds or 120 degrees, 5-6 minutes).
2. coating process:
Process flow: fabric after bleaching and dyeing, coating and drying (high temperature baking or stretching).
3. impregnation process:
It is used for pure polyester and nylon fabrics and yarns.
