The predecessor of Fujian Lifeng dyeing and printing Limited by Share Ltd was founded in 1936 by the Shanghai Li Feng dyeing and weaving mill, which was moved to Sanming in 1966. It was converted into Limited by Share Ltd in April 1993. The company has the right of self import and export. It is one of the top 300 enterprises in Fujian province. In 2000, the company passed ISO national quality system certification. The company has four dyeing and finishing production lines, two printing production lines and an industrial base production line, with an annual production capacity of 50 million meters and a PU leather base of 20 million meters.
