It is a technical service organization based on Qingdao University of Science & Technology, which is jointly established by rubber and plastics materials and Engineering Education Key Laboratory, Shandong Key Laboratory of high performance plastics technology, Shandong rubber and plastic materials and Engineering Technology Research Center, Qingdao Tong Ke rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., to integrate advanced research and development resources of advanced polymer materials. The Institute is the first institution engaged in the research and development of polymer materials in China. It is also the most professional R & D and Analysis Institute of rubber and plastic materials in China. It has undertaken many research funds of the state and provincial departments, and has made great contributions to the construction of national defense and industrial fields with the research and design of polymer materials and the advanced molding and addition technology of polymer materials.
