The Changxin group was founded in Hongkong. Since 1993, it has set up branches in Hongkong and China respectively. Committed to holding, agent, distribution of the world's top brands, in the Asia Pacific region and the Chinese market for key promotion. The group has distributed the brand of the distributor: 1993 distribution S.T.DUPONT (France Dupont) 2002-2004, the world's top brand Bally Golf series 3, and in August 2004 it was China's general agent right of H&B, the top leisure brand H&B in Italy. In 1999, it held V.E.DELURE (Dile) TESTANTIN. In 2001, it acquired the right to produce TESTANTIN (iron lion Denton). The Changxin group set up its headquarters in Guangzhou, and set up branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenyang and Tianjin, set up large-scale flagship stores, set up franchisees and counters in the famous brand stores in major cities, and until May 2007, there were more than 300 brand stores in Changxin.
