Shaanxi Tang Hua four cotton limited liability company (formerly the northwest fourth cotton mill) is located in the textile city of east suburb of Xi'an, Shaanxi, east of the ancient beautiful Ba River, and the famous Banpo mother clan Museum, covering an area of 790 thousand square meters. The existing yarn has 140 thousand spins, 12160 spindles, 1200 airstreams, and 2081 cloth machines (485 of which are jet cloth machines).
