Shandong Gaowang textile mill is a large private enterprise emerging in Northwest Shandong Province in recent years. It has a large enterprise group integrating cotton purchase, processing, develvet, textile, edible oil leaching and bedding products processing. There are 1008 employees, of whom 36 are senior management and marketing personnel, accounting for 150 mu and 50 million yuan of fixed assets.
The group enterprise owns advanced processing and production equipment in China, and the production equipment adopts the most advanced and most automated spinning equipment in China. The workshop is modern and light steel closed. It can produce combed yarn, combed yarn, Tencel, modal, new fiber and veil. The existing 30 thousand spindles, with an annual production capacity of 3000 tons, produce 21 cotton yarn 60 - 60, purchase 10000 cotton seeds per year, 5000 tons of leached vegetable oil, 10000 tons of cottonseed meal, and produce 500000 sets of "Gao Xiang" brand cotton products and bedding products annually.
In 2002, the enterprise signed a quality tracking and technical service agreement with the fiber inspection bureau of Shandong province. The quality inspection and protection service and production technology guidance of the "Gao Xiang" brand of cotton products and bedding were produced by the Shandong Fiber Inspection Bureau.
