In 2008, Luo Sheng International Industrial (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. was established. In 2009, the company passed the certification of GSG factory in Switzerland. In the same year, it developed RNS series of spiral lifter, and won the national patent the following year. In 2010, the company developed new products: spiral lifter RNF series products, and applied for national patents. In the same year, the company applied for the adoption of ISO9001:2008 and private technology enterprises in Dongguan. In 2011, the Southern China company changed its name to Dongguan Roshi Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., and developed a new product: square cross steering gear.
