Nylon rollers produced by our factory are made of nylon materials with high strength and light weight. After mixing them with flame retardants, preservatives, antiaging agents and curing agents, the nylon rollers are stripped of water and poured into high-speed rotary cylindrical dies by heating and vacuuming. After forming the nylon cylinder by heat treatment and heat treatment, the rotating shaft with bearings is then inserted into the cylinder.
