In recent years, our factory has developed Santana 2000 all new products. At the same time, we have developed heat insulation and flame retardant gaskets for air conditioners and refrigerators. At present, there are three series of products in our factory, namely, woollen felt liner series, chemical fiber liner series and sound insulation cushion series. Sales of vehicle accessory products account for more than 70% of the total sales volume.
At present, enterprises introduce advanced equipment from abroad, increase investment in technological transformation, closely support the pillar industries, and vigorously develop automobile felt. On the original product line, we will add a series of automotive interior trim series and composite products. Last year, the pollution-free gasket developed by our factory passed the appraisal of the scientific and technological achievements of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission. On the basis of maintaining the original performance, the product adopted the new materials without pollution and adopted the new technology to fundamentally solve the pollution problem that the sound insulation pad will gradually release harmful gas in use, so that the sound insulation pad produced by our factory will reach the leading level in the country.
In order to comprehensively improve the management level of our factory and ensure the quality of products and better support for the automobile industry, we started the implementation of ISO9000 from the end of 98. At present, all the work is carried out according to the plan, and strive to pass the certification before the advent of the new century.
