Our company is a wholly foreign owned company which produces, sells, prints, dyed and finishing textile fabrics with a total investment of US $6 million. Our products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan and other international markets.
The company has imported a wide range of 3200MM printing and dyeing equipment. The main equipments include two international leading German MBK and Austria ZIMMER garden printing machines, one Swiss BUSER flat screen printing machine and one international advanced dyeing production line, supporting other advanced scientific research instruments and equipment such as pretreatment, finishing and testing and so on at home and abroad, so as to achieve high yield, high density and high density printing and dyeing products made of all kinds of raw materials such as cotton, hemp and chemical fiber blended with an annual output of 30 million meters. The maximum return position of the screen printing can reach 1018MM, and the maximum return of flat screen printing can reach 3000MM, which can meet the production requirements of bedding and curtain fabric without seams. It adopts various processes, such as activity, reduction, dispersion, paint, coating, anti blocking printing, etc., and can be used for special treatment such as antifouling, water proofing, oil proofing, flame retarding, calendering and pre shrinking.
