Yarn manufacturing: PEWLON "SERIE" products are developed by the Japanese Mitsubishi Co and have advanced international standards. Our company has worked with the company for many years, and Mitsubishi Co has confirmed that our company is exclusively processing and dyeing PEWLON "SERIE" yarn series for China.
The product has the appearance of pear stripes through processing and weaving, giving people a refreshing, elegant luster and color, excellent color fastness and abrasion resistance to make the knitting fashion more beautiful. Now the yarn size is 48D-300D, S twist, Z twist, false twist, and composite yarn. The daily production can reach 1200KG.

Dyeing manufacture: our company adopts CAS-140 cylinder dyeing machine made by Hongkong Lixin dyeing and Finishing Machinery Co., Ltd. It has computerized data control. Its products are of high stability, strong color fastness, bright coloring, suitable for dyeing natural chemistry and mixed fiber. The technical indexes have reached and surpassed the parameters and standards of similar products, and the daily production can reach 1000KG.
