CDRL Sp. Z o.o. is a children's clothing enterprise integrating design, production and sales. Its predecessor was founded in 2003, and the company officially changed its name to CDRL in 2008. Since its establishment, the company is run by the management team headed by Chairman Marek Dworczak and vice chairman Tomasz Przybyla. Coccodrillo, which is favored by parents and children, soon took a place in the market. The company also has a young brand "HAC@HAC".
