Shanxi 3534 garment factory   

The 3534 garment factory of Shanxi (formerly the 3534 factory of the Chinese people's Liberation Army) is affiliated to Xinxing cast pipe group corporation. It is a key production enterprise of the PLA and a large second-class enterprise in the country. The factory was built in 1966, covering an area of 580 mu, with a construction area of 120 thousand square meters, with a fixed assets of 120 million yuan. In 1991, the construction of 230 mu of land requisition was made in Langfang City, Hebei province. In 1995, it was jointly invested with the Japanese heavy machinery (JUKI) Co., Ltd. in Langfang, Hebei province to build "Xinxing Heavy Machinery Industry Co., Ltd." to produce JUKI industrial high-speed sewing machine series products. The factory has more than 3000 employees, including 10 workshops, 30 production lines, and one of the most advanced combed cotton quilts and hot-melt quilt production lines in the army, producing 2 million sets of garments and 80 quilts. The main production of military, civilian and other industries uniforms and foreign trade clothing, has the right of self import and export, in 1999 passed the ISO-9002 quality system certification, at present, has passed the ISO-14001 quality environmental system certification. In recent years, the factory has implemented brand strategy, and has developed "Yi Bai Shun" trousers, casual pants, bedding and "Heng Sen" packaging, color printing and other brand products. In 2002, it was renamed as "Shanxi 3534 Garment General Factory". According to the requirements of the modern enterprise system, the factory has four departments, one office, the director's office, the sales department, the production technology department, the finance audit department and the human resources department.
The factory has the advantage of advanced technology and equipment, and the introduction of fashion design and plate making.
Special equipment such as CAD system, JUKI sewing machine, ironing equipment, automatic bag opening machine, computer sleeve machine, round head buttonhole machine and so on. Because of strict management, high quality and punctual delivery, the garment is in the leading level of the same industry. The factory produces group clothing for more than ten industries. The products are sold in 24 provinces and cities and countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, Russia, Korea and Germany. Among them, 12 products have won the best, superior, military and national silver awards. The state quality and Technology Supervision Bureau has issued a quality blue flag for the factory. The factory has successively won a series of honorary titles such as "advanced enterprises in Shanxi province", "advanced enterprises at the military level", and "four grades in Shanxi province."
