                 中諾時尚（福州）國際貿易有限公司成立於2006年9月28日，系香港廣心發展有限公司在福州保稅區投資成立的獨資公司。中諾時尚（福州）國際貿易有限公司註冊資金500萬港幣。經營範圍為紡織品及電子產品的批發。主營產品為Bally Golf系列服饰和Esprit Golf系列服饰。

  Bally Golf品牌屬於瑞士，德國SOG公司擁有其商標使用權及銷售經營生產權，香港廣心發展有限公司是德國SOG公司授權的Bally Golf系列產品在中國的獨家代理商，中諾時尚作為香港廣心發展有限公司的全資公司，是香港廣心發展有限公司的授權經銷商，全面負責Ball Golf系列產品在中國大陸地區的銷售。

  2008年元月，我司又成為了德國Esprit Golf系列產品在國內唯一授權的代理經銷商，全面負責Esprit Golf系列產品在中國大陸地區的銷售。

  中諾時尚（福州）國際貿易有限公司位於福州保稅區海峽經貿廣場二層，擁有1500多平方米的集辦公，產品展示為一體的超大空間。公司現有員工50多人。除了福州總部之外，公司分別在北京，瀋陽，上海，武漢，成都，廣州，深圳，南寧8個城市設有辦事處。目前我司開設的Bally Golf高爾夫球會經銷點或高爾夫商店專櫃已達將近90個，遍及全國18個省份。

 Sino Promise Fashion (Fuzhou) International Trade Co.,Ltd was founded in Fuzhou Free Trade Zone on 28th,Sep 2006, which was invested solely by HK Front Heart Development Co.,Ltd. Registered capital is 5 million HKD. The businesses include the retail and wholesale for electronic product and textiles, the main product is Bally Golf product series and Esprit Golf products series.

 The brand Bally Golf was owned by Swiss Bally. SOG GmbH are the exclusive licensee for Bally Golf. And Front Heart Development Ltd is authorized to be the exclusive distributor of Bally Golf for mainland China market. As the solely invested company of Front Heart, Sino Promise Fashion is the exclusively responsible for Bally Golf product distribution in Mainland China.

From Jan,2008， Company successfully became the exclusive distributor of Esprit Golf which is from Germany in Mainland China.  

 Company locates on 2 Floor, Haixia Jingmao Plaza in Fuzhou Free Trade Zone. The area is 1500 square meter which covers office area, showroom and warehouse. The number of staff is over 50. Except Fuzhou Head office, Company established  8 offices in Beijing, Shenyang ,Shanghai, Wuhan, Chendu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Nanning . At present, the market spread over more than 18 Provinces . We opened nearly 90 Pro-shops in Golf Club and golf corners of Golf Shop for Bally Golf in many Main Cities.

  Esprit 是国际潮流品牌，提供华而不贵的高质产品，男女服饰产品共12条线，全球超过1万家零售店，Esprit Golf是06年由Esprit出品的新产品线。其定位：潮流，中价位。该产品线十分全面，拥有国际化的设计与运作模式，其中60%服装，20%手袋，10%皮具与饰物，10%高尔夫用具。
